Artyfax Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging. A receipt or order number is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm availability.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photographs of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
